Orders will be despatched within 1 business day of receipt of payment. Delivery time is between 2-4 business days, depending on the country. Please see below for full details.

Returns & Refunds
You can exchange or return your item for a refund for up to 14 days after receipt of your purchase.
To return or exchange the item:
1) Please notify Groovy Granny at info@groovygranny.com within 14 days by using our contact form before returning the item. Don’t forget to mention your name and order number in the email for fast handling.
2) Put the item in the original packaging and place it in a shipping box, along with a note stating your name, order number & reason for return. Please make sure it is well packed, to prevent damage during shipping (we do not accept liability for returned packages that are damaged during transit).
3) Mail the parcel using a shipping company of your choice to the following address:

The shipping cost is paid by the customer who is also responsible for the product until Groovy Granny confirms by email that the item has been received.
4) Once Groovy Granny receives your parcel, the returned product will carefully be inspected and if received in original and unused condition, Groovy Granny will refund the purchase price and the amount will be credited to your account within 14 days after receipt of the return. The reimbursement will be made with the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction.
